If your child is back at school and engaged in lots of after school activities (including swimming) then it's important they stay hydrated. Our top 3 tips for keeping your children hydrated are: 1. Drink lots of water! 2. Eat foods with high water content. Keep your child fuelled with all those amazing tasting fruits such as watermelon, mango, grapes etc 3. Avoid salty and fatty foods. Foods like crisps, fried foods and indeed most junk foods will dehydrate your child.
