How do you stay in shape while on vacation?! 🙌🏻 Be ACTIVE! There are so many adventures that you take take around the world 🌎 . . When we travel I still eat healthy, pick the right things off the menu and take my shakes with me. 🌱 For exercise I am filming workout videos, going on walks, hikes and swimming is great for you! 🙌🏻 I even got a new snorkel to test out for 2018! RESULTS TRANSFORMATION 🙌🏻. Thank you for all your love on my last transformation post. I can't begin to thank you for your acceptance for my story 🤗 Please feel free to repost and get this message out there 🙏🏻 Today I wanted to share my body results with you. . . The first picture is me at 17. I went through a time where I neglected my body and food was the only thing I could control. I was being bullied at school and took to skipping meals and living off seeds 🌱 At 86lbs I was tired, unhappy and didn't always want to be here... . The next picture was 5 years ago when I started creating workout videos for YouTube 💪🏻 I had always been an athlete at school, now I was sharing my love for presenting and fitness online! 🎬 My lifestyle outside of the workouts was still unhealthy and I still didn't have the energy I was craving. I was 105lbs . The last photo is me with full knowledge of how important good nutrition is 😍 When I found the plan that worked for me it was life changing in every way. And yes I finally had energy! ⚡️ Consistently working out and providing my body with optimal nutrition not only gave me a whole new body, most important it gave me a new mindset. Here I am 105lbs with a lower body fat. . I now love helping people get healthy and even better is when they share the word and spread it to their friends and family.
