He rose through the stations and ranks, eventually becoming a Sous Chef. We are beyond proud today to name David Guilloty @david_sucio the new Chef of @the_charteroak replacing @katiannahong (more on that later). He brings with him a great attitude, cooking chops, and the fire of 🇵🇷. He is the embodiment of the meritocracy that this industry can represent at its best. He’s going to crush it.
