Whether you’ve just survived your first O-week or are back to do it all again, university is a certifiable stress-fest. On one hand, you have to study your butt off; on the other, you have to deal with adult life and do everything you can to avoid taking that daily nap – luckily, plants can help with both. Take a study break and head to your local nursery because plants will actually help you learn and be more productive. Even the park will do! We’ve put together our fave uni grounds to lay down in and a list of plant thats are practically impossible to kill! Take a read in our bio.

Happy International Day of Forests! 🌲 Did you know forests cover a third of the earth surface? Not only are they important for stabilising climate, regulating the water cycle and providing habitat to thousands of life forms they also provide jobs for more than 13 million people across the world! This #InternationalDayofForests we want you to think about the simple changes you can make in your daily life to protect them, because when we take away the forest, it is not just the trees that go. The entire ecosystem begins to fall apart, with dire consequences for all of us.
