Walking into the weekend like 💁🏼♀️.
Each friend represents a world in us, a world possibly not born until they arrive, and it is only by this meeting that a new world is born. Anaïs Nin

I’ve been thinking a lot about how to take the obstacles in life and turn them into opportunities to overcome, grow, and lift others up🌈. Today, I read a story in Acts where Paul keeps going through the ringer. His ship wrecks on the way to Malta and when he finally gets there, he gets bitten by a poisonous snake 🙄. Instead of moping around and whining about how sucky his life was, gets off the boat, shakes that snake off of his hand, throws it into a fire, and goes and lays healing hands on all the sick people on the island💥. Had Paul sat around thinking about how he’s a fat piece of crap that deserves to die a slow death from a snake bite, no one would have been healed. What’re some obstacles in your way that can be turned into opportunities with an attitude adjustment and a perspective shift🍃? You never know what lies on the other side of that shipwreck. In the words of T-Swift, take that snake, “shake it off” and move forward. It doesn’t serve anyone when you sit around thinking you’re a hot pile of poopie✨.
I’m slowly uncovering the truth that motherhood turns a woman into a work of art, a masterpiece, that can never be replicated. Simply getting the chance to document glimpses of the life a mother creates with her family is awe inspiring. ✨
