:: ENERGISING :: . A bowl of our favourite nectar of Nature to lift us up and get us through the rest of the day. It's a brew of our Ceremonial grade HANAE whisked up in a frothy Usucha 🍵
:: SIFTING :: . Investing an extra minute in sifting your Matcha before brewing Usucha can greatly improve the quality of your brew. Passing the powder through a fine-mesh sifter helps to break down the little lumps that naturally occur when consuming very fresh Matcha resulting in a more mellow brew with more froth and a creamy texture 🍃 . Our new sifter will be available shortly on our online store together with all our essential tools and different grades of Matcha 🍵 For more info and orders please visit our website www.zenwondersmatcha.com.au (link in bio)
:: THE PROCESS :: . A lovely shot by our friend Claire @avocadolovefood fully immersed in the process of making her morning bowl of Koicha (thick strong Matcha) using our finest Ceremonial grade Yukiro 🍃 . Koicha is brewed using twice the amount of Matcha used for Usucha and nearly half the amount of water, resulting in a thick creamy brew of Chlorophyll packed with L-Theanine (an amino acid that calms our nervous system and reduces stress) with natural sweet notes of Umami that last on the palette for long after sipping. .
