When you get married in the mountains, they hold a special place in your heart. Well by golly, Liechtenstein 🇱🇮 has won my heart and then some. Balzers was beyond beautiful and well worth the train and bus ride to get here. My crazy, goofy husband wanted to come here from the beginning of our trip planning and now I see why. It was stunning - a bunch of towns nestled in the middle of the Alps.
Even from the sky the Switzerland countryside is gorgeous. After a long flight, we are going to rest for a bit, then walk around Zurich. I'm so excited to be here (and so tired). And I couldn't do it without my amazing travel companion. He mastered the Zurich transit system, which is saying a lot. It's just so sophisticated compared to places in the US like Atlanta (which isn't saying much. Marta just doesn't cut it).
