RIG IT class on Mondays at 5:45AM and Thursday at 6:15pm focuses on METCON training. You can expect a balance of high intensity strength work on the rig. MetCon training benefits you by increasing your metabolic rate for 16-24 hours after your workout . With the proper programing in class, the MetCon style workout on the RIG will develop more strength as you fuel your body to burn more.
