To make your workout schedule even better we added RIG IT- - the format of the class allows you to truly reach your strength and stamina. Time under tension and maximal strength training efforts using heavy enough weight to reach your 100% is a critical element to your training. Expect an assortment of barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, focused rig work, and form based band work.
