Shout out to the man I married, my adventure partner who will always make sure I don't fall off any cliffs and will whisper inappropriate jokes in my ear just to make me laugh. We just got some photos back from my friend @allisonranslowphoto and I am so in love with the perfect way she captured us together, laughing like idiots in the mountains of Colorado.
Snow in Seattle really is quite something.
Meet Victoria and Francisco. We had a whirlwind weekend together in Seattle during their epic snow storm. We had plans to go into the mountains for a snowy session, but with the city being dumped on with snow we didn't end up having to venture far for that beautiful white backdrop. While none of us live in Washington anymore, Francisco grew up very close to where I lived there, and they loved the idea of having their engagement photos done where he's from, because in October they're getting married in New Mexico where Victoria is from (and obvi me too!) So we've had this session planned for a while. Despite the weather shutting down the city and a tight schedule made even tighter by the difficulty to get around, these two made the absolute best of our time together and I'm so glad we could make these photos happen. ❤️
Love is snow in the mountains and an AWD. ❄️🏔️ ***Really wishing I could have this blue babe with me on my whirlwind trip to Seattle this weekend during their snowpocolypse, but we'll see what happens!
Pro tip: bring a blanket with you to your photo session. It's great to sit on and to cuddle up under, and it's one of the most natural non-props you can bring along to give your photos a little somethin extra 👌🏻
