Summer will be here sooner than you know it, meaning it’s time to get back to business. The introductory TIE program is designed not only to improve your posture, but strengthen all your muscles so you sit, stand, run, jump (or whatever you like to do), better and look good whilst doing it!

We’re drooling over these breakkie granola jars by @foodie.yuki - recipe ⬇️ ・・・ Granola, blackberries and yogurt 💕 What do you need to be happy? ☺️ Maybe the recipe for this delicious granola! 👇🏻 Thanks Hanna for the styling inspo @hannasavannah_ I wish you all a fabulous day! Yuki♡ . . . Yuki's granola: 2 cups rolled oats 2 tbsp black chia seeds 2 tbsp white chia seeds 1/2 cup pecan, chopped then measured 1/4 cup sliced almonds 1 tsp vanilla bean paste 2 tbsp maple syrup 2 tbsp coconut oil (I use odorless coconut oil, cause I don’t want the coconut flavor to prevail) 1 pinch of salt . Preheat the oven to 150º C (300º F) Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Use your clean hands to mix well and toss to coat. Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes, until lightly toasted. Cool before breaking it in chunks.
