#marchmeetthemaker2019 Day 22: Proud of: As a team @wragbarnweddings we tend to be self effacing about our achievements, but there is no doubt we all take tremendous pride in our work and strive to ensure that everyone who visits has a positive experience. One of the benefits of being a small family run business is that we can make decisions without having to refer to a hierarchy of decision makers. If you read our reviews we are very flexible and able to accommodate many requests. Consequently when one of our grooms wanted to surprise his bride with a dance display with his groomsmen, coached by @ashleybanjogram It was no problem and great fun. The look on the brides face was a sight to behold.
#marchmeetthemaker2019 Day 21: Throwback This picture has been a true favourite of ours, the bride and groom look very happy and the wedding garden looks so pretty with the roses and foliage framing the shot: A very happy memory.
#marchmeetthemaker2019 Day 20: The design process. Research. Research will help you get inside the minds of your clients... Define and develop. Identify the priorities and vision; break down your proposed solution into manageable tasks. ... Visual concepts. ... Presenting ideas. ... Getting feedback. ... Refine. ... Face to face. ... Deliver. If you read our reviews on Facebook, Ben and Wayne are constantly mentioned. They meet all our couples and help with the design process to deliver a perfect day. We use visual images to help give ideas. Most of these images have been created from wedding suppliers listed on the @lovedbywhitewed directory; in others the room has been dressed by some very creative brides and their team of supporters.
#marchmeetthemaker2019 Day 19: Dream Collaboration We are part of the @lovedbywhitewed Directory and it would be disingenuous of us not to mention our fellow Whitewed friends and colleagues. This picture was taken by @clarebarefootphoto at a Wedding Showcase we had @wragbarnweddings last October. - the ultimate #whitewedselfie
#marchmeetthemaker2019 Day 18: mistake or lesson learned. These pictures are from an event we held @wragbarnweddings on Blue Monday where @lizledge gave a talk about the value of SEO and digital marketing-it reinforces why we spend time on social media and updating our website.
#marchmeetthemaker2019 Day 17: What I’m working on. This time of year is spent ensuring that all the shrubs and roses in the wedding garden are looking at their best, we then make sure that they are well fed to ensure that the gardens look beautiful for our weddings and visitors to enjoy
#marchmeetthemaker2019 Day 16: Workspace tidy/messy This is Ben at his desk which is always ordered and tidy, consequently he can find everything and will keep the details of your booking in good order. We work well as a team @wragbarnweddings as everyone has different strengths.
#marchmeetthemaker2019 Day 15. Motivation/Goals We pride ourselves @wragbarnweddings on our customer service and every now and then it’s good to read the thank you letters and cards from the many happy couples who share their day with us. Our goal is to keep the 5* reviews coming in.
#marchmeetthemaker2019 Day 14: How I learnt. In 2016, I decided that our business needed to join the online community and being an impulsive sort, I signed up to an online Social Media Marketing Course without considering the consequences and so the journey began... it was hugely challenging but saved by my cohort who I spoke to every week via a google hangout - we kept each other going through the challenges of running online campaigns, statistics and reports. We still keep in touch and I don’t regret a thing.
