A big bowl of butter and cannellini beans with textured cavolo nero. Steeped in a creamy, deep veg stock using @theestatedairy double cream. Topped with rustic @thedustyknuckle sourdough garlic & thyme croutons and salsa verde. I make it every year at home when it turns cold. For me itβs comfort in a bowl.
