@ericdarken picked up one of the first Index Snares from @forksdrumcloset years ago, and has been taking it out in the road with @macmcanally. Brb, I gotta go check eBay for Mercedes hubcaps...
@drummer_jesh with the Index Snare and Forest King head combo. Woody to the max.
@ryan_landry knows how to put a traveling “acoustic” rig together. I know it’s a daily double post of the same dude but NAME A MORE ICONIC DUO I’LL WAIT.
@ryan_landry has decided where he’s going to mount his HardHat. I approve this mounting location 💯%
@calebcbreaux has the #indexhardhat on a kit that I’m not smart enough to play. I want to, though.
#indexhardhat a la @cartermac
@bryan_blanton was shaking up some good times with one of our Smooth Shakers last weekend. Our beercan shakers come in 3 flavors, because sometimes your snare is a tambourine 🍻🎯 🎬 - @spacecitylori
The @daveybrozo kit is a thing of beauty. Got some Index Shakers on the left and a Shoe Box on the right, in a jungle of @keplingerdrums @istanbulagop and @ccdrumco goodness.
Revisiting some year-old prototypes this afternoon. Remembering why I abandoned them, trying to figure out what they want to be. Procrastinating, if we’re being honest. #mydrums
Our pal @thedrumjournal is here to remind you to practice your HardHat paradiddles this morning 👷♂️🥁👷♂️👷♂️🥁👷♂️🥁🥁
Rare r&d test footage from December 2016 on my 4th prototype of the tongue drum head (originally born out of conversations with @roundhousekick), before I kicked the idea over to @morfbeats to run with. My first tests were wooden, but I couldn’t get the resonance I wanted, so we went metal. Maybe someday I’ll revisit the idea, but hit up @morfbeats for his version is this is a sound you’ve been looking for!
