“We are left wordless with sadness over our sins and awe at his mercy.” - A snippet from my devotional a few days ago that perfectly describes the beauty of this day. Easter 2019 🖤
A lawn care company recently tried to sell us lawn management services. They gave us quotes for two services: lawn management and pest control. Let’s say each service was around $500. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But if we bought the lawn management, the pest control would be nearly half off. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ That makes sense, right? They save money because they’ll already be at the house—they save money on the travel and labor costs built into the pest control service. The same person can knock out both jobs on one trip. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ And as consumers, we feel like we’re getting added value for a great deal. This led me think about other ways we can increase customer value without necessarily doing a ton more work. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Want to learn more about increasing your customer value? I just got home from a girls weekend in Charleston. I was so nervous to leave Jack but it was so nice to be away. I had no idea how much I would need this time until it actually came. As incredible as it is to be a mom, this was the first time I’ve really been able to relax since Jack was born. No worrying about what I need to get done while he naps, how quickly I need to get back to nurse or whether he’s going to wake up early. 🌴 I know Jack had a ton of fun with @daveytjonesy and I’m so thankful he held down the fort while I was away. Thank you @katschmoyer for organizing the trip, @laurenlcarnes for keeping us well fed and everyone else for the amazing time! 🖤
