Tonight we have an all-female culinary crew rocking it in the kitchen! Kudos to Sous Chef Robin Katz who is a revolutionary on the stations and true culinarian. She is also San Diego's rising star chocolatier/owner of Nola Rose Chocolate. Sous Chef Francesca Rufo, a national culinary competitor with a modernist vision and quiet strength who prevails over all obstacles, an inspiration. Sous Chef Stephanie Prolong, a technician and relentless perfectionist who expects the best effort from herself and everyone around her. Cook Amanda Justine Grotewiel, a master of her domain who fires on all cylinders all the time. Cook Danielle F. Cuschnir, one of the most improved culinarians and a symbol of what determination and constant skill building is. And our newest cook, Shelly Hill who with her finesse, creativity and focus is quickly becoming a star in the kitchen.
