  • Saturday morning vanilla overnight oats! Ingredients: 1/2 cup liquid such as dairy milk, almond, cashew or coconut milk 1/2 cup Dad's Traditional Oats 1/3 cup yogurt (optional) 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional) Vanilla Extract Serving suggestions: fruit (fresh or dried), nuts, nut butter, seeds, protein powder, granola, coconut, spices, citrus zest. Method: Add the milk, oats and chia seeds to a jar or container and give them a good stir. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 5 hours. In the morning, add additional milk if you'd like. Top with fruit, nuts, nut butter, seeds, protein powder, granola, coconut, spices, zest or vanilla extract.

Preheat oven to 180 deg. Cel. Line a baking sheet.⠀ 2. In a small bowl melt coconut oil and honey⠀ 3. In a large bowl combine both kinds of oats, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, ground flax, pumpkin pie spice and salt. Add pumpkin puree, eggs and warmed coconut oil and honey.
