T'is the season for Christmas parties, staff events and sipping great whisky by an open fire, and what better whisky than these two selections from @bruichladdich. First up is the Black Arts 7.1, distilled in 1994 this whisky is unpeated and bottled at cask strength. Unlike other Scotch whisky from Bruichladdich, this one doesn't provide a cask recipe, instead willing you to make a guess as to what notes you get from it. Following that up is the Octomore 10.1, the benchmark of the 10s series. Distilled in 2013 from the 2012 harvest of Scottish grown concerto barley, it was then matured entirely on Islay for fiver year's, providing a super heavily peated taste. Both are very limited stock, so make sure to swing by and grab yourself a very nice Christmas treat now before they are all gone.
