Girls night out calls for a lot of mirror space and I always come prepared! I’ve partnered with @selfstylesystem to help get ready for GALentine’s Day and it couldn’t be more perfect. This mirror allows you to see every angle, which has always been a struggle for me tbh. PLUS it’s compact enough to bring with me wherever I go. I love it and am v thankful for my #SelfStyleSystem this Valentine’s Day!
I’ve always had a fascination with clouds. Growing up in San Diego, I was accustomed to clear blue skies and clouds just meant a rain storm was on the horizon. Although the struggles of a storm are not easy (especially for us in LA 🤣) the clouds that a storm brings add dimension to the sky that we wouldn’t otherwise see. There’s nothing special about a cloudless, one dimensional sky and the same goes for us in life. Without the storms and struggles in life we have no clouds, no dimension, and certainly no beauty.

Happy new year! It’s the Year of the Pig which, in Chinese culture, represents realistic planning, practicality, and most importantly follow through. Sometimes social media can push us in the opposite direction — glorifying excess, showing off, and manufacturing an image of something we’re not. However, I think the landscape of social media is shifting and we’ll start to see less of that and more of what the pig represents, a realistic portrayal of life. What do you think?
