  • Darkness and light move in waves in life. That's how it is and how it should be. Through that we gain experience, can integrate, grow and more and more become the sparkling gifts we are. However, in phases, when we become extremely challenged in the most vulnerable places in ourselves, it can be difficult to keep that perspective. Concerns, stress and anxiety can steal reality if we let them and the capacity to surrender to life's natural rhythms and magic disappears. There is only one thing to do here; take back our intimate relationship with the body. Then all conditions change... for real. What is important however is that we do it in our own unique way. All of us are so different and taking over someone else's concept of reconnecting to their body does not work. We must give ourselves time to discover exactly what is our own way. That could be so many different things. Everything from holding ones own feet to receiving massages, doing yoga, soft touch, kneading a dough, walking barefoot, hugging a tree, running in the woods, going to the gym, drinking green juices or whatever else that helps us to really relax again. Being human in body, soul and spirit is the most powerful thing in the entire universe. When we fully rest in and trust ourselves as such, no worries or anxieties can take us away from ourselves and our reality however dark it is, however worried and stressed we are. My living space is approximately 40 square meters and I hope that in a year or so I will be able to take even one more step in the process. The feeling of not owning or occupying more than I want is absolutely amazing. I feel light and free in a deep way and everything in my life flows beautifully from there; a profound shift and experience.
