  • We produce about 300 million tonnes of plastic waste every year, that’s nearly a weight of the entire human population. Recycling plastic can not just keep it away from landfills, but also turn it into beautiful garments.
Collected plastic bottles are sorted, washed, then flattened to plates, which are cut to small high quality clean flakes.
The flakes are then mixed, melted and turned into special chips. After special processing they are melted again and pressed to create the fiber, which is later turned into the high quality yarn.
