Start the day right ☀️❤️ Chia Oat Overnight Zoat Bowl by @annelinawaller How did you start your day? Ingredients 1 cup (raw*) oats soaked overnight either in 1 cup water together with dates or plant-based milk 1 freshly shredded apple ½ freshly shredded zucchini 1 tsp flax seeds or chia soaked with your oats 1 small, spotted banana ½ cup berries, defrosted or fresh Cinnamon or other spices Toppings of your choice: Used Blueberries, raspberries, figs, banana chips in this bowl Instructions Place oats, water or mylk, flax seeds in a bowl and soak overnight or minimum one hour. Add some chopped, dried dates if using water. After soaking, stir in your freshly shredded zucchini, apple and cinnamon Top with your fruits and favorite topping.

Brighten up this gloomy day with breakfast jars made with soy yogurt, fruits and homemade super crunchy hazelnut granola by @anna.culina Enjoy 😋 ✨ GRANOLA RECIPE ✨ Ingredients: 180 g rolled oats 40 g puffed amaranth 120 g whole hazelnuts ¼ - ½ tsp of salt ¼ tsp vanilla bean powder ¼ tsp cinnamon 40 g coconut oil 1 Tbsp hazelnut butter 100 ml maple syrup ✨ Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 160°C. Mix all dry ingredients in a big mixing bowl. 2. In a small saucepan melt coconut oil, hazelnut butter and maple syrup and stir the mixture until well combined. 3. Transfer the mixture to the ingredients in the bowl and mix until there are no dry parts left. 4. Spread granola onto a baking paper lined baking sheet and transfer to the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the granola has a golden brown color. (Hint: To ensure equal toasting rotate the baking sheet after 10 min.) 5. Let granola cool down completely on the baking sheet before breaking it up in clusters.
