Traded in our running shoes & cleats to get dressed up this afternoon for the Ontario Provincial Women’s Softball Association 2017 Awards Banquet. I’m so proud of my beautiful daughter and her team for winning the Ontario Squirt “A” Provincial Grand Championships. It was amazing to be in a room full of such talented softball players. The medicine ball is my second favourite tool in my fitness arsenal and today I got to do some medicine ball bonding time in boot camp class, I’m one happy camper now! Today’s workout was a killer! Medicine ball Russian twists, TRX bicep 💪🏻 curls, V-ups, exercise band tricep extensions, kickboxing, plank jacks, bosu ball squats, and overhead tricep extensions with dumb bells. 3 rounds, 1 minute AMRAP, with 15 second recovery. #functionalfitness
