Tonight I have my first engagement session for one of my amazing 2020 couples! To say I’m excited would be an understatement!!! I’m still pinching myself that I’ve been asked to document so many weddings for next year. I am so darn excited for EACH and every one of them!!! 😍🎉🙌🏼💖
Here’s a little tip for brides to make details shots even easier for your photographer on your wedding day!! And who’s not all for making things run smoothly on your wedding day?! Here it is: Make sure to mail them an invitation suite!!! I’ve gotten one from each of my brides this year, and not only is it fun to see the invitations ahead of the wedding day, but it’s also so nice to have on hand in my details kit already on the wedding day!!! There’s no scrambling to ask you to remember to bring one, and no asking any bridesmaids if they brought it on the day of the wedding. It just makes detail shots flow so smoothly!!!
This sweet bride just radiated joy on her wedding day 😍💖👰🏼 When I sent her the full wedding gallery she and her hubby were in AFRICA on their honeymoon 😱 So cool, right?! They’re finally back in the states and got a chance to really look at all of their pictures from their wedding day. 🎉 Getting this text just made my day....”Wowwww just went through the pictures!!!! They are beyond amazing!! Thank you soooo much!” ☺️ I love taking pretty pictures, but what I love EVEN MORE is that they help my amazing couples relive their wedding day. 💖
Fun fact: if I wasn’t a photographer, I would want to be a florist 😍😍😍 I love making arrangements for our home, and while I know it’s totally not the same thing...I am always SO impressed with wedding florists work! I love it all, from the simplest arrangements to the fun and elaborate displays they create. Maybe one day I’ll try my hand at creating floral arrangements that don’t just live in our house 😉💕💐
