Time to get back to work.... see you all soon!
We are proud to present our newest member of the team. Oscar Wolfe Dimitriadis who joined us on the 11th June. Everyone doing well, happy and healthy.
The clinic will be re-opening from Monday the 1st of June. To begin with, only osteopathy appointments with Emma and George will be available. Appointments are offered for emergency and urgent appointments defined as: - Symptoms which are worsening or not responding to medication or tele-health. - Symptoms which would usually cause you to use NHS services, ie: visiting the GP, Walk in centre, or AnE. - Symptoms which are affecting your ability to work - Symptoms which are affecting your sleep. Following government guidance, we will be undertaking safety measures to keep both us and our patients safe, and reduce risk of Covid-19. We are unable to offer face to face appointments to anyone in a high risk category who have been told to shield. We can offer tele-health appointments instead. We’ll be sharing the safety measures the clinic and the team will be taking on confirmation emails and reminder emails, and on our website. 💙 www.phoenixosteopathy.com/covid-19

It is with a heavy heart, Amy and I have temporarily closed the clinic. This looks to be for at least 3 weeks before the Covid19 situation is reassessed. We are still getting appointment requests, and although we can’t accommodate you in clinic we are more than happy to give what advice we can over the phone or by email. We will try post some regular content to keep you all moving and pain free. Thank you all for your support. #wandsworth #phoenixosteopathy #osteopathy #covid19 #stayhome
With all said about Covid-19, life continues with its aches and pains. We believe it’s not a reason to panic, but it must be taken seriously and wanted to let you know what we are doing at Phoenix Osteopathy to ensure your wellbeing at our clinic. 🙂 Following advice for clinics from Public Health England we are regularly disinfecting surfaces throughout the clinic, including armchairs, handles; doors and of course the treatment table. Our staff a regularly washing hands throughout the day. 🧼 🖐🏼 We are still trying to get hold of hand sanitiser, it’s proving very difficult. It is considered a bonus clean when you can’t wash your hands there fore we welcome all to wash their hands. We ask anyone who is ill, persistent dry cough or fever to please cancel their appointment with as much notice as possible. Please consider others. 🤔 We are spreading out appointments, to avoid congestion in the waiting area, and allow more time for more thorough wipe downs between patients. 🧹 🧼 These measures will minimise the risk of passing on an infection. By working together and taking a few simple precautions we can reduce the affects of infection, reduce the disruption to daily life and ensure everyone who needs to see us stays safe. 🙏🏼 Best wishes The Phoenix Osteopathy Team
