My kids do lots of artworks, which I love. However, because I’m a minimalist, I only save my very favorites in a super special file. I love my file! It brings me so much joy! As you can imagine, getting rid of the rest of the artwork can be… tricky. I don’t want to hurt their feelings by accidentally throwing away something they are attached to. That’s why I have my special hiding place. When I clean up their artwork, if I don’t want it long term, it goes in the hiding place. Then, if they mention it, it can reappear! If they don’t, after a few weeks it is safe to throw away. 😁 #momhacks #minimalistmom
I love that peace is available in Christ even when the world feels in chaos. Thankful for the quiet of home and for every promise of eternal hope. “Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts” Colossians 3:15
History repeats itself for the fourth time. Regularly scheduled elbow check up yesterday for our girl. Bad news. Treatment didn’t work. Immediate surgery needed. So, here we are again. It’s almost hard to believe. It’s not what we wanted, but we are doing pretty well, Clara included. She is about to go back, so 🙏🏻 appreciated. God hears them all, and they are effective. His plan and wisdom are just different than what our minds can comprehend sometimes. I’m so glad He is here and in control!
Sunday morning church! I love seeing all these little faces lined up in a row. Our toddler Grace lasted about two minutes, but the other three are getting much better at listening to the service. It doesn’t hurt that their uncle was preaching this week either. #quarantinelife #wearethechurch
