Two of Australia’s leading hotels – Jackalope and The Old Clare Hotel – will be activating a one-night-only residency, where their respective Executive Chefs, Guy Stanaway (of Doot Doot Doot) and our own Clayton Wells, will collaborate on two specially designed tasting menus that offer a taste of each restaurants experience.
