Prof. Amos Tanay on his group's most recent paper reported in Nature Ecology & Evolution:“We created a tool that enables us to choose the less-studied organisms and to get an accurate picture of how the genes are activated in each cell. This massive increase in our ability to samples diverse organisms provides a new basis for comparison, opening up the branches of the evolutionary tree of life to exciting new discoveries.”
