To keep my water intake up I always have 2 sachets of VI-Tea daily 🙌🏼 Lately I’ve been squeezing fresh lemons into my ice maker at home and adding 1/4 a shaker full of lemon ice cubes- because I LOVE lemons 🍋, filling it to the top with water and adding 1/2 a sachet of Vi-Tea.
