There’s a piece inside all of us that feels we can’t jump in with two feet because we can’t see the net. We feel that if we fail at this one thing then we as people are failures. We can't wait for the fear to be gone before we move forward because (spoiler alert) that's never going to happen. Big things are scary. Life changing things are scary. Do them anyway. One small step at the time.

When asked for career advice about how to get to be as successful as him in the comedy business, Steve Martin said, Be so good they can't ignore you. What if we applied that to being a real estate agent? How can you be so good they can't ignore you, which really means, have clients chasing you to work with them? It is possible.
