It's finally here! On the first official day of summer, we're thinking about how #RieslingRulesSummer. First up, paired with the first asparagus spears to pop up at the farmer's market, which we topped with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkled with lemon zest and salt. Our Dry Riesling, with its citrus, jasmine, and mineral notes, is sure to accentuate the freshness of a simple summer supper.
