Today, we celebrate progress. There are still a thousand little projects to be done as part of our home remodel. I look at the cluttered countertops, exposed outlets, and unfinished backsplash and feel anxious to JUSTBEDONEALREADY. Truthfully, I thought we’d be done a few weeks ago, but it turns out renovations (and life) aren’t quite that tidy. 🙄😆 Then I look at this photo from 8 weeks ago and 9 weeks ago and realize we’ve come so far! 🎉💪🏻 Today I’m reminded to give myself grace for all the areas of my life that are still very much in progress. It’s easy to lose sight of the ways we’re moving forward in the day to day chaos, but we can celebrate how far we’ve come even as we work towards where we’re going!
