Back In SF for a week! #dolorespark
“I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived.” - Walden by Henry David Thoreau This is basically what I have been experiencing since the last 6 months, living in the middle of the woods in Oregon. It’s an amazing experience to reconnect with Mother Nature (and even something bigger) directly!
It was time to plant seeds for the first time in my life! #returntonature

I was interviewed on Europe 1, one of the French main radio channel, for the chronicle Fallait Oser of the show Debout les copains, about my life as a digital nomad. You can listen to this interview in French here: Pourquoi pas travailler en faisant le tour du monde ? https://www.europe1.fr/emissions/lavenir-appartient-a-ceux-qui-se-levent-tot-avec-matthieu-noel/20122018-pourquoi-pas-travailler-en-faisant-le-tour-du-monde-3824405

To embrace my new skill as a yoga teacher, I decided to teach free classes on the beach in French Brittany this August almost everyday for 3 consecutive weeks. To advertise the classes, I came every time with a simple sign saying « free yoga classes everyday ». From 4 people under the rain in the most extreme day, we went to 40 people under the sun in the last days. It was a beautiful experience to share this practice with all these people, some family, some friends, but most of them being people I had never met before. Interestingly, the majority of them had never practiced yoga before! Thanks to all of the participants for this amazing experience and for empowering me. Now I feel totally ready to teach even more yoga classes!
