Can you even imagine a world where you weren’t allowed to read?!?! Such a dramatically different dystopian fantasy from our first read of this year, Ready Player One. This book opens a dialogue about so many points of controversy in our current society - especially with regard to social welfare and education reform. ____ What stands out most to me is that all to often policy makers seek to treat the symptoms of issues, without understanding the underlying culture contributing to the cause.
