We're over in our FB group today talking about our pick for August - The Handmaid's Tale. Can you even imagine a world where you weren’t allowed to read?!?! What stands out most to me is that all to often policy makers seek to treat the symptoms of issues, without understanding the underlying culture contributing to the cause. JD Vance does an incredible job of outlining exactly that.
