I heard some new toys had arrived to Southwest Holly so I went and checked them out today. Meet our new grinder / mixer and stuffer going into our dedicated meat cooler at our new location in Sunnyslope. Not pictured is our new sausage table and our chamber vacuum sealer. I’m so excited! We have some really exciting things coming down the road.

Go! Go! Go! I’m getting super excited about this place to open. (Mid to late September) Still lots to do but I think I see the finish line if I squint just right. If you’re thinking to yourself, “Hey, I’d like to work for a place that makes people happy all day, produces some of the country’s finest BBQ and makes it a point to hire and maintain a crew you want to work with and depend on every day. I wonder when they are going to start hiring?” Well guess what, it’s time.
