• Two years ago, the Board of Trustees added a DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) Committee made up of trustees, administrators, and parents, charged with looking at all aspects of the school program, life, and operations with a #DEI lens. As a result of their diligent work, the committee developed and presented a DEI statement that represents our constituents and aligns with the school's strategic goals. Below is the first Seven Hills School DEI statement, approved by the Board of Trustees.

Thank you to the DEI Committee and our entire parent community for their partnership and collaboration on this important, ongoing work—work that will equip our students to make enormous contributions to this community and the future diverse communities where they will lead and live.

So far, the beginnings of the edible gardens will include garlic, calendulas, borage, dill, mint, oregano, sage, chives, and more. 🌿
