• Happy first day of March! Did you know that March is Youth Art Month? 🎨

Youth Art Month is a celebration of the visual arts. Started in 1961, Youth Art Month exists to recognize art education as a viable factor in the education curricular that develops citizens of a global society and that art is a necessity for the full development of better quality of life for all.

With that said, please enjoy and help us celebrate the hard work of Atwater Elementary School artists, which can be found at: https://sites.google.com/shorewood.k12.wi.us/atwaterart/home (you can click the link on our FB page!) #ShorewoodProud

  • We had a great first day of hybrid learning at @shorewoodshs! Half of the hybrid students (last names A-L) attended in-person today, while the other half (M-Z) will have their first in-person day on Thursday.

A huge shoutout goes to all of our awesome SHS teachers/staff who put in a ton of work to make today run as smoothly as possible. Great job to all of the students in attendance too, who adjusted quickly to the new learning environment, and who came ready to learn! #ShorewoodProud
