This stuff is amazing, given to me by a personal friend of Don Julio Jr. Very limited release 8 Year aged XA, and only sold in Mexico. Fransisco J.Gonzalez is made by the two sons of Don Julio.
Here are the New Tequila Ocho Curados. There will be three versions of blancos. One will be blue agave infused with Cocido agave, and the other two will be Mezcal fiber infused tequila from the Cupreata and Espadin agave plants. Oh Boy.
Chowing down on three types of cooked agave.These are all for the New Tequila Ocho Curado. The Cupreata and Espadin agave are used for making Mezcal, and the Cocido will infuse, but make the Blue Weber even more bold. The infusion will take place during fermentation. This Mezcal fiber infusion, may help people to explore Mezcal. See the new bottles in next post.
