life is this incredibly dynamic thing! most all of our experience in it, is made of up of what we CHOOSE and that said all of life is an active reflection of our choices,,,, LIFE is actively immersive, so much so that we have no choice but to participate whether we do so willingly OR unwillingly BUT there in lies the wonder of it all! life is amazing and that’s no exaggeration… is it a struggle from time to time?, absolutely! can it be exhausting? fuck yes! BUT in every active CHOICE we make lies true magic and the power to do this thing more wonderfully than we did it yesterday by choosing to change!, to change our body, our mind, our today, our tomorrows… and sometimes it is as simple as deciding to change our perspective and look at things in a different way, to make use of our power to CHOOSE and actively demonstrate that we say NO! I was talking to a beloved friend yesterday frustrated about his course of life, relationship, dreams etc. and this is one of those guys people want to be! admittedly some of his thoughts were ridiculous as is most of our mental-chatter, BUT for the most part it was the stuff that gets us all questioning what we are doing in the face of being dissatisfied with work, love, our life’s direction, etc. I am not Buddha, I do not have next level insight, BUT I do know that if you write it down, you can make an accounting as to whether the work you are doing is true and of sound moral thought bias OR if you need to change course and get back to the drawing board!
