Uplifting post time! Isn’t October the best month? I busted out the sweaters and scarves last week. I love this time of year and relish sugar free pumpkin spice lattes, big sweaters that cover my wrinkly mummy tummy (2 kids 2 and under, yo) blanket scarves and not sweating profusely every second like I do in the summer. Fall is my favorite season for sure. I’ve been using Instagram for a while, but I’d love to give you more insight into me and my upcoming business that has been in the works. I’m passionate about holistic health and wellness, particularly the foods and supplements we put in our bodies.. because teaching what I know allows me to empower people to be healthy and become proud of weight loss they can truly maintain. I found out i was expecting my first child on October 31st, 2014 with my due date being July 5th, 2015. I lost my baby the first week of January 2015. In heaven but never forgotten. ❤
These are the remnants of tuna salad on a lettuce wrap. You know, in the past I would usually let a hard day make me think I was entitled to eat junk food. But things are different now. I don't really desire to eat those things too often any more.... Especially now, my body needs healthy clean foods more than ever. Though this would be a time I could justify excessive cheats, this is also the time i need to stick to this. I've had a headache for 4 days (that finally lifted, thank God), all sorts of other strange body pains, an MRI today, and a lot of other unpleasant things also happening. But I'm not allowing that to make me believe I need cake, donuts, or chips. (Though I kind of would like an elote but ima just let that be a passing thought.) I made keto pumpkin cheesecake bites that are waiting for me and I'll be good. The only thing I'm more committed to than keto is Jesus and my husband. 😂

Some of you may have seen my post earlier about getting another mri. I found my hospital documents in my car yesterday from my stay back in April. I have been dealing with some fear and panic with these severe daily headaches that have returned...and thinking about how I DONT want to relive that hospital stay. I've maxed out on how many radiation scans I should have this year. I've had a ct scan and 2 MRI scans. So I really shouldn't have anymore. But I'm honestly very worried about what is happening to me. Every time I feel scared I pray and worship. But please think of me when you pray. I am trusting God to heal me and provide answers.
