In our town of Byron Bay the word 'discipline' has somehow sadly become estranged from our vocabulary. At Dance Dynamics, we believe in your child, and as part of learning ballet and dance we will encourage and teach positive discipline. Discipline to us is defined as follows; 1. Wear the correct uniform & be properly groomed 2. Be on time 3. Listen, learn & do 4. Be well mannered 5. Show respect & be responsible Parents, support your child but also support us teachers. Your child won’t learn if you, the parent don’t believe in us, the teachers. Help us pass the torch on to your children. Have our backs so we can positively inspire and do our jobs well.
Weekend fun over 🤷🏼♀️ let’s make Monday FUN with lots of beautiful movement to be done 🙌🏼

Do your words match your actions? Or do you sometimes find yourself saying what you think others want to hear but may not be your truth? Practice saying what you feel and your actions will match your words 👏🏻⭐️👌🏻

You can be good at many things. Or, you can focus your energy and attention on being great at that one thing. Whatever you put your attention on grows. If you want to be the best and masterful at that one thing, then let those other things go. Be brave. Don’t be the ⬇️ #jackofalltradesmasterofnone
Majority of the students who sign up to participate in ballet exams have mothers who also did the same when they were children. These mothers are supportive of their children participating because they understand the benefits it gave them. They get it. Ballet isn’t about “having fun”. It’s much more than that. It’s about achieving a goal, building self esteem by pushing through personal limits, self discipline, focus, organisational skills, body development and a much more powerful emotion emerges than the short term “fun” and that PURPOSE. Students who reach this feeling, become proud of themselves and their accomplishments which transfers over to other areas of their lives which in turn builds self esteem. Successful people have learnt to sacrifice short term feelings of “fun” for long term goals and feelings of PURPOSE. Ballet teaches you this. Congratulations to our students who have just finished their classical ballet exams. We are very proud of you and enjoy the feeling of accomplishment and purpose. It sure beats “fun” any day!
We got this 👌🏻
To our beautiful students, next Tuesday is your Royal Academy of Dance ballet exams. (With our mock exam this Sunday). Remember, you always get out what you put in. Practice makes perfect. We believe in you, now it’s your turn! Love your teachers 💗🌟🌈✨🧘🏼♀️💪🏼🙆🏼♀️👯♀️🧚🏻♂️⭐️💗
