The flooring is down and the seats are nearly in! 🙌🙌🙌 Massive shout-out to our amazing volunteers Chris and Peter. Chris has designed and built all of our downstairs furniture and both have spent hours of their summer getting our bus ready! We would be lost without our incredible volunteers ♥️
This weekend a total of 18 people helped us begin the transformation of our second bus - what absolute legends! We are so incredibly grateful for all of our volunteers, we literally couldn't do it without you 😍
Well what an excellent DIY day! Despite being inside an insanely hot bus, we managed to finish the sanding, primed nearly the whole of the inside and fitted a new TV! Tomorrow the paint will be going on - ping us a message if you want to come join! 🙌
The weather outside may be frightful...but The Bus Stop carries on! The kettles are on, the heaters are on full blast...come join us Norton peeps 🙌
When the bus breaks down on a country lane and it starts properly snowing, the generosity of a strangers warm house is very appreciated ❤️ also special shout out to our supporter Steve who sent us money to treat ourselves to a takeaway, tonight was the perfect night! 😂
Yesterday, Emily along with Ceryse, Ellie and Georgia (3 of our young people from Selby) had the honour of attending Scripture Union’s 150th anniversary alongside a very special guest! It was great to celebrate this charity that has played a huge part in supporting The Bus Stop and the young people we work with.
We had a great time in Selby this weekend, running a community cafe and receiving a cheque for nearly £2000 from the Co-op to support the work we do with our brilliant young people there! 🎉 #andfreecakestoo
*Ever wanted to try your hand at youth work?* We’ve got an amazing opportunity for you to join our team either volunteering as a youth worker or as a bus driver. We’ve got spaces for weekly, fortnightly or monthly volunteers! We believe that it’s so important to invest in our young people and show them that there is a place for them in the church - if you share this passion, then this is for you! For more information or to apply, please email firstname.lastname@example.org!
It's been a very busy time here at The Bus Stop, averaging 5 different locations each week! Here's some photos from a recent event in Riccall, where we were visited by our number 1 fan🏅 📷: @suzannephotography_uk

Tonight in Norton our young people created their own political parties and policies 🙌 It went to a vote and to avoid a coalition, the top two went back to back in a live debate. Sadly the Llama-Shalla-Ding-Dong party didn't win, although compulsory llamas would be great 👌 #LlamasForAll #youngpeople #politics
