Summer's here. What are you doing about it??⠀ ⠀ #ExploreConserveEnjoy
Through overwhelming community support, local political advocacy and the cooperation of a once-reluctant land manager, the Whiskey Run Trail system went in with record speed. Already, sixteen miles of singletrack dodge back and forth under a shaded canopy of fir, spruce and alder, and if you stop long enough to smell the blooming rhododendron, you can even hear the waves rolling into shore. With plans to double the mileage of trails through these coastal forests - incorporating jump lines and ocean views, Coos County has all intentions of making the Whiskey Run Trail network a must-ride destination for anyone cruising up or down the coast. Finally, a victory for our public lands! Last Tuesday bill S.47 flew right through the House, and now needs only a signature from the President to be put into action. Read more about the bill and what it entails at the link in our bio.⠀

Sometimes the most peaceful of sunsets follow the most turbulent of storms. An evening of tranquil clarity is found after a day of torrential rain on the Oregon Coast. @thepeoplescoast @traveloregon
A lot of sleepless nights went into the concept and design of our Bubo Pillow - but a lot of sleep-filled nights have resulted from it! Ergonomic, supportive, and adjustable; we made sure it ticked all of the boxes that needed ticking for a good night's sleep.
Up until now a forest's value was determined only by the amount of lumber it could produce. Now mountain biking, hiking, camping and more bring tourism dollars to the communities around forests...but is it enough to let our forests stand? What do you think?⠀ ⠀ #ExploreConserveEnjoy
