Congratulations to #EYPDC’s Alicia Hayter, who has recently been accepted into the IIDA’s Mid Atlantic Chapter’s PLAID Program. The PLAID Program, an emerging leadership program, is designed for early career professionals who have an interest and talent for leadership within the interior design community. Since joining EYP in May 2019, Alicia has been an integral part of the Interior Design team, working on a variety of projects in the behavioral health, government, and higher educations sectors. Iowa Architectural Foundation (IAF) is honoring Grinnell College, with its Community Enhancement Through Architecture & Design Award for 2020. Grinnell was selected for the institution’s outstanding and sustained contributions, vision, and leadership in architecture and planning for more than 50 years. The jury said, “Grinnell has reached out over time to create an incredible collection of buildings – which is different than something done episodically. There is a commitment to excellence and quality, and it takes a great deal more dedication and perseverance to maintain that sort of course.
