Tips to help manage your time during lockdown. 🔸Set your alarm…. get up at the same time each day, as if you were still going to work. 🔸Get up, get changed, and make the bed. Somehow that already adds order to the day. 🔸Make your “To Do” list! 🔸Be intentional with everything that you do. 🔸Set yourself deadlines for the tasks and be realistic 🔸Try your best to not multitask 🔸Exercise!! You can’t sit all day just because you feel you need to work. You need to move, to assist your body’s ability to concentrate better. Take breaks and move. 🔸Ensure you are choosing the right times to do the right tasks 🔸Meditate – meditation comes in many forms and does not necessarily require you to sit with your legs crossed, fingers pinched whilst humming.
