We try to provide the Service to you as best as we can. We try to fix all the bugs and issues reported by you. We are also constantly working on making our Service better, so you can share your Instagram pictures on your website.
We are working on the official Instagram API and Facebook Graph API in order to get pictures from your account to our Service and provide the widgets. It sometimes happens that these APIs do not work correctly. It also might happen that Facebook or Instagram will stop providing their APIs which means that we will no longer be able to provide our Service. We will try to keep it up and running as long as we can.
Please do not try to abuse our service or try to use it in an inappropriate way. We hate to block users or servers, but sometimes it is necessary to keep our Service up and running for other users. If something is not available on our website, please contact us and do not try to overuse our Service. We might offer a solution for your needs.
Some of the features are available as paid Add-ons. We would love to provide LightWidget for free, but our Service has some costs, like infrastructure, CDN, tools, etc. We also need to pay our developers. Without them, constant improvements to our Service would not be possible. We are really grateful for every purchased Add-on!
